Welcome to Poway Adult School’s Winter Quarter! 2012 is just around the corner … here’s a chance to make your New Year’s Resolution a reality! If the field of healthcare is a career path you’d like to explore, please see page 13-14 for some courses that can launch you into a new career, including Nurse Assistant or the Medical Assistant. Other career training programs offered through Poway Adult School include Accounting, Auto Body repair, Automotive Technology, and a myriad of computer applications courses.
Although this catalog’s focus is on our medical (and other career) training programs, at Poway Adult School, we strive to offer a collection of courses that will help you become happier, healthier, more skilled and more successful. On the following pages, we hope you’ll find many other opportunities to do just that.
