H1N1 Flu information

In order to help us track the incidence of flu and other illnesses in our schools, please provide the following information when calling the H1N1 hotline (858-780-2000, x3060) or your school to report student absences:

Any temperature your child has experienced

When the illness first started

Any symptoms such as cough, sore throat, congestion, and runny nose, body aches, stomach aches, diarrhea, vomiting, or headache.

Also, please let us know if your child has been seen by a physician and whether there has been any diagnosis of illness.

Because all influenza or “flu” viruses can easily spread from person to person, we are asking your help to reduce the spread of flu in our schools. Click here to read what parents can do to help.
