2012-2013 Preschool Enrollment Interest Surveys

 

2012-2013  Interest Survey forms for Preschool Registration are being accepted February 1 - March 1, 2011.  (Interest Survey forms and class options below)

 

 

Completed forms must be submitted directly to the Preschool Administration Office no later than March 1st.  A lottery process will be used if the number of Surveys requesting a particular class exceeds openings in the class.  Parents will be notified by the end of March about class placements or (wait list status) and enrollment appointments.  Interest Survey forms received after March 1st will be processed in the order received.  All Surveys submitted electronically will receive a confirmation reply.

 

Elementary school offices will also have paper copies of the Interest Survey forms for submission either by FAX or mail. Forms must be legible and complete.

FULL DAY INTEREST SURVEY'S ARE NO LONGER BEING ACCEPTED FOR:

** MONTEREY RIDGE FULL DAY
** WILLOW GROVE FULL DAY

There may be availability in the full day classes at Adobe Bluffs, Westview High, Stone Ranch and Westwood.

School offices and preschool teachers will not accept or submit Interest Survey forms
