Full Day Preschool

Transition from a family-centered world into the larger community is stressed through activities that develop creativity, group skills, and build independence and self-esteem. Other skills emphasized include communication, discrimination, visual and auditory perception, motor coordination, letter and number concepts, and social development.

Children receive instruction five days per week, using developmentally appropriate activities that are offered through an integrated curriculum model that emphasizes school readiness tasks.

High school students enrolled in Child Care Occupations classes through Adult Education’s Regional Occupation Program (ROP) work with staff and children and receive credit towards completing course requirements.
