You may want to use it to motivate one of your learners who struggles with written expression. You can require perfect sentences in each frame. Or you can use it to motivate and expand the creative expression of one of your students who shines in written expression. Students could even use this software to teach others about a specific topic in science or social studies, using Garfield as the spokesperson. This
month's software is an absolutely outstanding program with limitless
possibilities. The program allows students to create stories in a
comic book format using Garfield and all of his buddies. Students
choose from 100's of drawings of Garfield and his friends, different
settings, and varied cartoon bubbles indicating speech or
thought.
