Volunteer for a minimum
of 20 hours a school year and/or make a "volunteer buyback" donation of $10 per hour. You can "buyback" the entire 20 hours. Click here for Form

Grossmont College hosted more than 350 students from six Southern California middle schools in a simulated congressional hearing to demonstrate their knowledge of the Constitution and Bill of Rights as part of an innovative educational program entitled “We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution.” The students studied for several months to prepare for their role as experts testifying on selected constitutional issues in a simulated congressional hearing. After completing a special curriculum, students testified on constitutional issues in a simulated congressional hearing before a panel of community representatives.
