Volunteer Donation
Volunteer for a minimum
of 20 hours a school year and/or make a "volunteer buyback" donation of $10 per hour. You can "buyback" the entire 20 hours. Click here for Form

Field Trip Guidelines For ChaperonesClick here for a list of planned field trips Here are some tips to follow which should make your day run smoothly:1. On the day of the trip, check into the main office and get a volunteer pass. 2. Go to the meeting place for chaperones (generally an Academy classroom) to receive instructions and student group lists. During the trip:3. Spend a moment to learn the names of the children in your group (students will have name tags) 4.Speak to your group about your behavior expectations. 5. Always stay with your assigned group of children and keep your assigned children with you as a group. 6. Stick with the plan presented by the teachers. Follow the supplementary field trip materials provided to you (especially the itinerary). 7. Interact with your group. Remember, you are their teacher for the day. 8. Report any behavior or medical concerns to the first teacher you see or call a teacher on their cell phone. 9. Take your group to the restroom before reporting to the bus. 10. Report to the bus on time. 11. As a courtesy to the Academy teachers, students and our hosts, please keep cell phones turned off or on silent mode. After the trip:12.
