Information and Updates:
We offer our program on all school days (including minimum days). On non-school days such as professional growth days or holidays, there is no program.
School Rules: Our ASES program is an extension of Black Mountain Middle School, therefore school rules apply during our program. We work with students and families to ensure that our program is a safe, fun environment for all participants.
Students who remain on campus after 2:30 (3:30 for Academy students) must be involved in one of the scheduled activities or with a teacher or staff member. Students may not leave campus and then return unless accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Program Requirement: We currently have a five day a week attendance requirement. Your child must also stay for half the program time in order for their attendance to count. This is 4:15 Monday through Friday for non-academy students and 5:00pm Monday through Thursday, 4:15pm on Fridays for Academy students.
