A place for teachers to explore new ideas in learning.
Experiment with new teaching and learning ideas and identify activities you can use in the
classroom. This site features labs based on the professional development series and
workshops broadcast on the Annenberg/CPB Math and Science Project Channel. Each Lab
combines online activities with background information and interactive polls or worksheets
participants can use in their classrooms, plus links to related Web sites. New labs are
added each season in June, September, and January.

UWired Catalyst Home Page
This "integrated collection of

Washington to help faculty use educational technology. Along with suggestions and advice
for integrating technology into curriculum, there are instructor profiles and practical

digital images. Though many of the tools are specifically for UW staff, there is plenty
here for the rest of us.

This Schools of California Online Resources for Educators Project (SCORE) site
offers science lessons and links to Web resources, all searchable and categorized by grade
level and subject area. California educators contribute lessons and resources that support
science learning and acquisition of information literacy skills. Developed in
collaboration with Humboldt State University, SCORE Science is housed at the Humboldt
County.
NASA - CERES Project (SCIENCE
TEACHERS)
With classroom-ready online activities, NASA data search engines,
and distance learning courses for K-12 teachers, CERES is a must-see for K-12 science
teachers. Learning activities include inquiries and collaborative "spacequests"
and are categorized by NASA themes, grade level, and duration.

WebQuests
(from the San Diego City Schools Triton Project)
These web quests were developed by teachers for teachers as part of a
San Diego City Schools Technology Grant. The Triton and Patterns Projects
are a multi-partner educational collaborative that integrate technology with
the standards-based education reform efforts of the San Diego City Schools
to create new learning opportunities for students and teachers. The results
are some great webquests for a range of learners (K-12). The Featured
Projects are exemplary units ready for implementation.
