Collection

The Mt. Carmel High School Library has a collection of over 23,000 books and subscribes to approximately 30 magazines and newspapers.

Library Catalog
The library catalog can be searched from any school computer and via the internet. Choose the Web Collection Plus icon on the Mt. Carmel High School library webpage.

Computers

The library has 58 Pentium IV computers running Windows XP available for students, staff, and parents. All computers are loaded with the MS Office 2003 Professional Suite, that includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.

Internet
Internet access is available on all library computers for academic use only. No personal use of email and no chat rooms are allowed. Rules for computer use are posted in each teaching area of the library.
