Good Evening Sundevil Families:
This is Greg Magno, Assistant Principal, calling with a message regarding registration for the 2012-2013 school year. Tomorrow, in third period, your student will receive their 'Student Information' form for you to review, revise, sign and return. This document is required each year for registration and is a required document to keep your student enrolled for the next year. This form is due back to your student's third period teacher by Friday, May 25th. Please revise any information that has changed directly on the form so that we can update our information. If you are certain that you will not be at Mt. Carmel next year, please indicate that on the form and return it.
More information regarding registration, including the August registration dates, will be found on our website by May 25th.
