Transcription Requests
Current students may request transcripts by signing up on the clipboard located in the Records Office which is located in the Administration Building. The charge for official transcripts is $4.00 and an unofficial transcript is $1.00. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. The $4 fee covers mailing the student’s transcript(s) to their college(s) of choice as well.
All students (past and present-from 1999 forward) can access their transcripts by logging on to DocufideTM by ParchmentTM or Docufide.com and following the prompts.
Past students with a graduation year prior to 1999, can order transcripts by sending a fax to (858)-538-9426 or by emailing Jane Lauderdale, Registrar, at jlauderdale@powayusd.com. The fax must include the student’s name (as it was while attending Mt. Carmel High School), the year of graduation, as well as whether an official or unofficial transcript is needed, and where the transcript is to be mailed.

The link above provides you with the ability to request transcripts through DocufideTM by ParchmentTM’s Secure Transcript delivery service. Transcripts requested online are sent securely to the colleges, universities, or scholarship funds that you select.
You may track your request online, and you will also receive an email notification when DocufideTM approves your transcript request, and again when your transcript is mailed (or delivered electronically, based on the delivery preference of the destination that you selected).
