OVMS New Student Enrollment

All paperwork will be collected on our Registration dates: August 13th for
6th grade,
August 14th for 7th grade, and August 15th for 8th grade)
We will start collecting new student (students new to the Poway Unified School District) enrollment paperwork for the 2012-13 school year in May, 2012.
Once you have filled out the required Poway Unified School District forms (available here), please return to OVMS website for our paperwork (see below).

Be sure to have your student sign the Course Request Form as well as the Oak Valley Signature Form and PUSD Signature Verification Form
After you have completed filling out the paperwork, it will be necessary for you to call the Welcome Center (office at OVMS) to make an appointment to submit your paperwork (takes about 30 minutes).
