NEW ENROLLMENTS FOR FALL 2014

If you need to register a new student, click on the following link www.powayusd.com.  Bring the completed forms to the PHS counseling office after August 2.  Additional mandatory items you will need are two proofs of residence, immunization records including the Tdap and a final report card for Grade 9 or an unofficial transcript for grades 10 – 12.
