Students will improve their public speaking skills through guided practice and a range of activities such as speeches, drama games, readings, and debates. Project Run is a couch to 5k training program offering students opportunities to learn about and practice physical fitness, provide community service and participate in community 5k running events. Through school and community support participants will have the opportunity to excel in the area of running at their own pace and do extraordinary things without the pressures typically found in competitive sports. |
