Hello Pomerado 5^th Grade families, this is Lisa Danzer with your end-of-the-year list of events.

Tomorrow night, May 29^th, is the Year-End Gala Concert for all band participants.  Violinists need to be ready at 6:00pm, band players need to be ready at 6:30pm, and the show begins for everyone at 7:00pm.

Friday, June 1^st, is the BizTown field trip.  Tuesday, June 5^th we head off to the Poway Pool for a day of fun.  (Specific information sent home by classroom teachers.)

Wednesday, June 6^th, is our Promotion Ceremony at 8:30am in MPR.  Doors open for audience seating at 8:15am, students report to classrooms at the first bell.  You are invited to sign your child out for the remainder of the day to celebrate!

All students, including our 5^th graders, report to school on Thursday, June 7^th.  The last day of school, June 7^th, is a minimum day with dismissal at 12:55.  Please make arrangements in advance for prompt pick up of your student.  Final progress notices will be sent home with all students on the last day of school.

We are going to miss your kids.  I wish everyone all the best in middle school and beyond.  I hope you enjoy your summer break!
