I also supervise our PIP (Primary Interaction Program) and Student Support Services.
Please feel free to contact me at any time if I can be of assistance to you and your child!

Student Support Services
This wonderful program includes whole class lessons delivered to the primary grades on empathy, impulse control and feelings management. Staff then follows up with lessons learned to make sure students are able to carry them out on the playground in their interactions with other children.
PIP (Primary Interaction Program)
PIP has three components: activity room, small group lessons, and playground follow through. The small group lessons use the curricula FOCUS, which deals with self esteem.
You’re invited to join us for a short informational meeting and learn how your child may benefit from the P.I.P. program at our school.
We have a new Grant funded curriculum this year called, FOCUS, open to all Kinder, 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade students.
FOCUS stands for Focus On Children Understanding Self-Esteem which offers 3 components: small educational groups, playground interactions and classroom presentations, all using the well researched Esteem Builders curriculum.
The Esteem Builders curriculum allows children the opportunity to learn pro-social skills through modeling, practice and reinforcement. The lessons build resiliency and self-esteem skills through 5 themes: Security, Selfhood, Affiliation, Mission and Competence.
