Yearbook ordering is online only this year. The price is $25, and various customizations are available for an additional charge.
Click the logo to the left and order online through Jostens. Year books will be distributed to students at the end of the school year.
Goal: 10,000 Hours
This year, we're challenging each family at TBES to donate 25 hours of time to school or PTA activities.
Our goal for the TBES community as a whole is to volunteer 10,000 hours. Whether it is in the classroom, library, Volunteer Office,
out on the field with Cheetah Running Club, at an after school or evening PTA program, or at home supporting a teacher or supervising your child's Big Idea, all of your hours count.
Need some ideas for volunteering? Check out our school and PTA volunteer pages.
Thanks to all of our volunteers who have generously donated their time to TBES:

Yearbook Photos From Your iPhone
Our photographers can't be everywhere. Help us get as many photos as possible to create a terrific book everyone will want
to have. You can download the FREE Yearbook yourself app from the iPhone app store for those of you who have a iPhone.
(You can find it by searching for Jostens or Yearbook) This way you will be able to capture all those photographs you take
during school functions, the yearbook will always be an incredible time capsule your daughter or son will go back to again
and again to remember academic, athletic and social milestones. Just follow these four easy steps to adding an iPhone photo to the Yearbook. If you have any questions contact our yearbook coordinator
Jenniffer Ulrich at marcandjenn@cox.net.

Exciting News
There are so many great retailers included with the scrip program that we just cannot fit them all on one page.
So we have developed a non-local retailer list.
This list allows you to shop for family members who live outside of Poway.
This list is also great for those who travel, or any year-round gifts for family and friends.
Just search the internet for locations. Some are as close as downtown San Diego!
Others are on the East Coast and Midwest areas.
You will be notified via email for pick up date. Cards will be available in front of the school at dismissal. Cards not picked up that day will be held in the office for pick up.
Join the PTA
With the continuing budget cuts in the school district, it is especially important to have a dedicated PTA. Please read the 2011 welcome letter from Scott Taylor, our VP of Membership.
Be a part of the team and join us. Our students need us Now, More Than Ever. We would love to have your help and support on all our activities.
Our goal is to have 2 or more PTA members for every child. Moms, dads, grandparents, friends, aunts, uncles, etc. are all welcome to join. The more members we have, the stronger our team will be.
You can join our PTA at any time throughout the year. The cost is $9.00 per person and all are welcome to join. PTA is a non-profit organization: your membership dues are tax-deductible.
We are always looking for new people to join our PTA and be part of our team!
Our membership form is available online. If you would like to join, please complete and return it to your child's teacher. Contact Scott Taylor for more information.
