School Site Council, SSC, is an advisory team to the school administration and is composed of Tierra Bonita staff and parents. The SSC is responsible for reviewing the
Single Plan for Student Achievement, SPSA, and is part of the decision making body for the expenditure of the School and Library Improvement Program Budget. The decisions for expenditures support the Tierra Bonita’s goals in the areas of curriculum development and instruction.
The council meets approximately six times per year. The meetings are open to the public and staff. Input on any given agenda item is welcome; however, only members of the SSC may vote.
