Dear RAM Country~
This is the first week of May and the last RAM Report you will receive this year. Can you believe there is only a month of school left with so much to accomplish and finish in this upcoming and incredible month!
In this RAM Report please take note of all of the events and activities that will occur between now and the end of school at Twin Peaks. I encourage you and your student to support these activities and events. Truly, your child is only in middle school once but they develop friends for a lifetime starting here. Our student performers always do excellent presentations, the dances are fun with much laughter, and the end of the year events brings nice closure to the year for each grade level. I look forward to seeing you and your students at many of these.
And, as I said, this is the last RAM Report for the year. For the 6th and 7th grade classes, I look forward to their return to TPMS next year! And, I want to thank and congratulate the 8th grade class. They have set quite a standard for how an 8th grade class should act, respond, help, and volunteer. In their short lives they have been touched by great joys and experienced deep sadness. At some times they have had to respond much older than their ages and other days they could act much younger in a joyful way.
This is a class that has proven they are a "best" class and have shown that they have the potential to continue to grow in those positive ways of success at many levels. I can say that our outstanding teachers over their three years here have prepared them well for the next step in their journey. It is time for them to take their well learned lessons and put them into action at the high school level. They are ready! They will do well! And, I send my congratulations to you and my thanks for all that you have done for Twin Peaks over the years!
Also, a special thank you to all of our parents, adults, friends, and community members who pull together in support of Twin Peaks in word and deed. We could not make it without your kindness, volunteerism, support, and ideas. What an incredible RAM Community surrounds us, and we are so lucky to have you. I look forward to an excellent close of the year and a fantastic start of the new school year!!
