How to Join

Boosters

It's easy to join the "Westview Gold Boosters" and your membership will benefit all the Westview Gold students. Simply fill out the membership application and write a check for an amount shown below:

2006-2007 Annual Membership dues:

Gold Level Membership
	Single $25 Dual $50
Booster Level Membership
	Single $15 Dual $30

Benefits for both the "Gold" and "Booster" levels are outlined on the membership application. Mail your membership application and check payable to "Westview Foundation" to:

or students may put the envelope addressed to Belle Chu in the "white box" in the music room.
