Volunteers Needed!

Many volunteers are needed for the Winter Guard tournament on March 20, 2010. Proceeds from this tournament benefit the entire Westview Gold program.

The WGASC San Diego Invitational Winterguard tournanment will be held at Westview High School on March 15, 2008. This is a fundraising event that will benefit the entire Westview GOLD band program and we need help from Band Dads to set up, help through the day, and clean up after the tournanment.

Besides helping at various times during the day we are looking for:

4 - 6 Dads on Friday evening for setup in the gym - Time to be determined.
4 - 6 Dads Saturday morning for setup of consession tables and outside items. - 7AM
All the help we can get to clean up around 10:00 PM

Tournanment Schedule - March 15th

March 14th
~6:30 PM - GYM Setup

March 15th:
7:00 AM - Outside Setup - Meet at Band room.
8:00 AM - Contest Director Arrives, 1st shift volunteers in place.
10:00 AM - Tournament begins
~10:00 PM - Clean up.

I will let you know more as I learn it.

Our Winter Guard Tournament is now less than two weeks away. Funds raised from the tournament will help all of the Westview Instrumental Music Program groups. We need your help.
