Thank you so much for your flexibility on these last two tournaments with the drop-off & pick up of your students. Traffic flow & pick-up times were confusing & a hassle, but your flexibility helped us save money for the program.

The remaining tournaments will use buses to transport the students to & from the events. We ask that parents not only be prompt in dropping off your student, but also in their pick up. Here are some of the guidelines:

• We will ask your student to call while en-route to Westview. Please do not ask your student to call when they get to the school & then you leave the house…
  
  
• All pick-ups MUST be done in the student parking lot. It will be late at night & we do not have the manpower (or energy) to keep track of students going to front of the school & various other locations. (It's like herding cats we are not equipped for that.)
  
  
• If you cannot pick up your student, please make alternate plans for their pick-up or have a back-up plan in-case of an emergency.
  
  
• Please do not park at the curb in the student parking lot. There are times where that is a bus drop-off point.

I have YOUR student's safety in mind. As a parent & chaperone, I do not treat these responsibilities lightly, however, it is unfair to keep the chaperones continually waiting well past the return time. They have been with your student since the early morning hours & need to get home & soak in those Epsom Salts ASAP
