The Mt. Carmel Tournament will be on Saturday, October 24, 2009 Mt Carmel Tournament Tickets Hello Westview Gold Families, You probably already read the email from the yahoo group that Westview is going to Mt. Carmel to compete. Our performance is set at 5:30 PM. I strongly suggest that you contact Dave Cole to lock your tickets then drop a check in the White Box or arrange a time to meet with Dave at one of the practices. If you just drop your order in the White Box without sending Dave an email, your order may be delay and you won't get the best seats that are available. MC ticket = $9 for now; $10 at the door. For the freshman parents, here are some good reasons why it is best to attend MC Tournament:

Your response helps your student's grade. 10 points if your student turn in the form on 10/15. Time of Yearbook Photos will be determined by Campus Image Mount Carmel Student Dropoff: Please downlod the drop off information for the tournament
General Information for Westview Families: If you ordered tickets for the Mount Carmel Tournament on October 24th you can pick them up Monday the 19th before practice. David Cole will be out front by the curb from 5:45 to 6. If you haven't paid please have your money ready. We were able to get more tickets and still have a handful of seats left in the block. However, tickets are going fast so get your order in ASAP. You can place your order by sending an email to David Cole at . Remaining tickets are given on a first come, first serve basis. Please review the itinerary for the Mt Carmel Tournament. Please note that we will not have busses for this tournament. Parents need arrange transportation for students. Students need to arrive at Westview at 7:30 Students will then need transportation to and from Mt Carmel. We will be meeting at our trailer by 11:00am. The tournament will be over around 9:15. Students who have written permission to leave for Homecoming can leave after we perform our field show at 6:00. Students should bring their travel uniform (polo, blue or black jeans, Westview Gold sweatshirt or Westview letterman's jacket). Please send money or food for lunch and dinner. There are concession stands for students to purchase food at very reasonable prices. We look forward to seeing you at the tournament!
