Hi Westview Gold!
We are pleased to host an SCPA (Southern California Percussion Alliance) Competition at Westview on Saturday, March 7, 2009! This is an indoor competition held in the WV Gym. There will be approx 25 amazing percussion groups performing starting at 3pm and ending with awards at 9pm. We have several WV students performing in this competition. Come and show your support! Tickets are $8.
Even better, come and volunteer! Please look at the list below and let me know where your talents will be most appreciated. This is a fundraiser that benefits ALL of WV Gold. This is an easy, fun day and I look forward to hearing from you! (Volunteering for one of the positions listed gets you a free ticket to the show!)
If you are unable to volunteer for one of the positions listed, please sign up to volunteer for an hour or 2 that day. We would love to have you help out in whatever way you can. Let me know what time frame you have available for this very exciting day! A volunteer sign up sheet will be posted soon in the band room for our students to sign up too!
