Volunteers Needed!

Our volunteer needs & shifts are as follows: (Performances will probably end ~9:00 p.m. ; clean-up will end ~10:30)

Information / Greeters- 2 3:00p.m.- 6:30p.m.

Spectator gates- 4 3:30 - close

Ushers- 11 3:30 - close

Merchandise- 3 1:00 - close

Hospitality- 4 3:00 - close

Concessions- 6 (set-up) 1:00 - 3:00

Concessions- 20 3:00 - 7:00

6:30 - close

Clean-up- 15 1:00 - 3:00
(need gas leaf blowers, buckets)

9:00 - 10:30

Shout-outs- 5 3:00 - close

We have a new opportunity open to all - Shout-outs during the Review. For $1, you can write a funny note to your student or words of encouragement. These will be read by our announcer Karl Fitch during the evening. We will be advertising this during the review so that all of the spectators can join in.

BD Jobs (Band Dads please refer to Band Dad page for more information)

Clean up

• Student volunteers can be used to help clean the grounds
• 10 - 15 BD volunteers needed to help
• We could use leaf blowers

Parking

• 1 Person in Student Lot 4 - 6 PM to help with the semis - BD Volunteer needed
• 2 People at the main lot to help with guest parking
  • Shift 1: 4 - 5:30 - BD volunteers needed
  • Shift 2: 5:30 - 7:00 - BD volunteers needed

Equipment Setup

• Coordinate Equipment Setup - Dave Turner
• 10 - 15 BD volunteers needed. (Dave let me know if you need more).

Ushers

• 3 - 4 BD volunteers needed to help people get to thier seats.

Supplies / Tools we could use:

• Paper Towels
• Trash Bags - (Randy will get at Home Depot)
• Buckets
• Mops
• Scrub brushes
• Cleaning liquid - (I think we have some Simple Green in the container)
