Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are needed for the Band Shows. See below for dates, times and duties. We also need committee members for the 2011 Band Banquet. If you can help with the Band Shows or are interested in serving on the 2011 Band Banquet committee please contact . Thank you.

Wednesday May 26 – Dress Rehearsal

• ·Supervise Band Room 4:30pm-7pm
• ·Supervise Band Room 7pm-end

Thursday May 27th Performance

• Supervise Band Room 6:30pm-8:30pm
• Supervise Band Room 8:30pm-end of Band Show
• Set up refreshments prior to show 6pm-6:45pm
• Serve refreshments
• Usher and programs
• Clean up after concert

Friday May 28th Performance

• Supervise Band Room 6:30pm-8:30pm
• Supervise Band Room 8:30pm-end of Band Show
• Set up refreshments prior to show 6pm-6:45pm
• Serve refreshments
• Usher and programs
• Clean up after concert

Saturday May 29 - Matinee

• Supervise Band Room 10:30am-12:30pm
• Supervise Band Room 12:30am-end of Band Show
• Set up refreshments prior to show 10:00am-10:45am
• Serve refreshments
• Usher and programs
• Clean up after concert

Hello Westview Band Families:

I am Linda Becker, the 2009-2010 volunteer coordinator for the Westview Band Boosters. Please take a look at the volunteer opportunities and see if you can help. You will also receive emails when volunteers are needed for events during the year.

A successful band is one where the parents are involved. Our band family makes it all happen and we have a great time! Be Volunteer Ready! Thanks to the parents who have signed up to volunteer.

Every family is REQUIRED to contribute by volunteering 30 hours in a school year, plus 10 for the Westview Field Tournament. If you are unable to fulfill this requirement, then we have a buyout program.
