At the Museum

When it was night, and we were home watching TV, I threw up four times.  When I was throwing up the fourth time, we had to go to the hospital.       They gave me a piece of medicine to see if I could stop vomiting.  I just threw up again.  My Mom called my Dad to come to room 18.  When he came we had to wait two hours for the nurse.  When she came in with a needle, my heart was pounding like crazy.  I got a shot.  It was in the middle of my arm.  It was huge!  Then she put a long string attached to my spot where I got my shot with ice cold water for an hour.  Then she took it off.  We waited two hours and then the nurse came back and put a medicine attached to my arm and another pack of cold water. If I drink water, I will throw up gain.  So we sat there until it was over.  The cold water finished but the medicine took longer, so we waited.      When it was over, I was happy.
