The
bottom step is when the earth was very young. We live at the top
of the yellow stair step. Dinosaurs lived 245 million years ago,
where the green stair steps begin. The Age of Dinosaurs, the
Mesozoic era, lasted for three green stair steps or for 185
million years. At the end of the Cretaceous period, 65 million
years ago, dinosaurs suddenly died out and became extinct. |
