Fixing your formatting

When you copied and pasted your lyrics, Microsoft Word brought in a web-based formatting where everytime you press Enter, it will double-space instead of single spacing, we need to be able to single space and as a result, we have to do a quick fix.

1. With your cursor at the top of this new blank page, you need to select as many lines as there might be on this blank page.  To do this, click and drag down from the top of the page and see if you have selected more than one line.
    
2. Once you have selected all of the blank lines on this page, click on the pull-down arrow in the bottom, right-hand corner of the Styles box.  See image below.
   
   
    
3. From this new drop down list, select "No Spacing".
    
4. This should have fixed your problem and you can go back to the instructions for the project and begin working  on your letter.
