2nd Quarter: Your novel of choice
Summarize your novel, building from the inciting incident up through the climax, including at least four developments, and all the way to the closing of the story. (Don't worry about ruining the story for us, we want you to show us specific details from the story, so we can see that you actually did read the novel!) Next, explain how the inciting incident affected the main character through the development of the story: Was his or her life changed? How? What happened? Did it change his/her relationship with other characters? Discuss all of this in detail.
Use your plot summary chart, as you need to discuss ALL of the components, including the characters, theme, etc. Still this should be done in written form, not in a chart. Ultimately, you should have two well-developed and detailed paragraphs. Your work must be typed.

The story continues as Kino must decide how he will spend his newly discovered wealth....
