We are less than two weeks away from Progress
Notices on March 2.
We would like all students to take the opportunity
over President’s
Week, Feb. 15 – 19 to check their grades online
and take care of any
missing
assignments.
Language Arts: We are doing a unit on mythology to go along
the social studies curriculum on Greece. We will be
reading
several myths in class and finishing the unit
with
acting out a few in a reader’s theater format.
Social Studies: We are continuing our study on Ancient
Greece.
Science: We are studying
Chapter 3 on the Earth’s systems and cycles.
There is a lot of new
vocabulary in this chapter.
6th Grade
Math: We have
just finished chapter 6 and the test is
is today.
